Last week, the Cloud Communications Alliance hosted Cloud Connections 2023, in Florida. Leaders from around the industry came together for two days to share experiences and knowledge.

This year, the CPaaS Acceleration Alliance held the inaugural CPaaS Showcase as part of the conference. Judged by five industry leaders and the audience, four contestants competed in an entertaining and insightful hour. Winners were judged based on innovation, ease of deployment, number of integrations and/or channels used and commercial relevance.

BroadSource demonstrated EMU SecureCall and won the Showcase.
