EMU continues to deliver more automation, deeper integrations and additional configuration settings to customise the capability of EMU implementations and offer our customer’s a point of differentiation. This release of EMU brings more enhancements to the user interface and the core platform.

What’s New?

External Hooks added features. Object level hooks, object hooks, object provisioning hooks and support for the Webex helper class.

Audit improvements. Adds support for Auditing and Backup of the User level Utilities Push Notification Registration.

Delete improvements. Ability to disable backups before a delete is run and now runs through multiple attempts to delete an enterprise where necessary.

UI improvements. Screen layout is more consistent.

Migration improvements. Performs checks for existing inter-platform group and user ids and migrates Group Call Capacity Management features as well as fixing user migration when using provider device issues.

Provisioning enhancements. Improves provisioning external hooks email capabilities, manages Webex login failures, populates alternate numbers and assigns number of bursting Business Trunking License Units (BTLUs) at enterprise level.

User Outgoing Calling Plan enhancement. The user Outgoing Calling Plan ‘use custom settings’ now can be propagated to all user level plans.
