Connect Series 2017 – Premium Sponsors

AUSTRALIA | 15 May 2017 | BroadSoft Connect Series

BroadSource are proud to be premium sponsors of the BroadSoft 2017 Connect series. BroadSource will have a presence at four Connect events this year, in Berlin, Hong Kong, Melbourne and Mexico.

On 26 April 2017 the first of the BroadSoft Connect series kicked off in Berlin and saw more than 110 attendees take the opportunity to get together and discuss the dynamics of cloud based communications, collaboration and contact center solutions market.

When the guys at BroadSource talk to their existing and new customers, two obvious themes have emerged which re-enforce that they are investing their efforts in the right place. People want to know how to increase Cloud UC adoption and when they’ve solved that, how to increase daily Cloud UC consumption.

What is most precious to BroadSource Service Provider clients is that their customers value and habitually consume their Cloud UC offering. They adopt it, they rely on it and they use it every day.
It is very important that Service Provider Cloud UC offerings boost people’s productivity and team collaboration, on any device, in any location.

Haydn Faltyn, BroadSource CEO said, “We are seeing great leaps forward in this area with BroadSoft making huge inroads with Hub, Team-One, CC-One and UC-One. It is equally important to Service Providers that customers continue to consume their network, those core network features that are a part of a Cloud UC feature pack. That’s where the revenue is today and it needs to be protected and needs to grow.”

This is the reason why two years ago BroadSource focused their efforts on two key aspects of their business. Helping Service Providers increase the ‘Adoption’ of Cloud UC services and then stimulate increases in feature ‘Consumption’ of the Cloud UC service.

BroadSource’s mobile centric approach to getting people ‘on the service’ and then getting people to ‘use’ the services and features every day, drives its product development.

“Our aim is to develop products that remove obstacles that customers need to navigate and they offer an intuitive human interface to Cloud UC that makes it easy for them to use every day. We are undergoing some very exciting projects to this end with our global customers.”

Over the next few years there will be more cloud PBXs installed than on premise solutions. The question is not IF but WHEN other carriers, system integrators, distributors and resellers will be. the time to ‘go cloud’ is now, not tomorrow.
