We’ve integrated Cloudflare’s CAPTCHA for user logins, adding an extra layer of protection against automated login attempts and ensuring your system stays secure.

🌐 Webex User Profiles Access
Now, you can retrieve Webex User Profiles even when Webex login is disabled, making it easier to manage your users without needing active login credentials.

📜 Large Listing & Pagination Support
For those managing large enterprise businesses, the new paging and compact listing features will help streamline the presentation of large customers. You can now manage entities like users, groups, hunt groups, and many more with options to adjust page sizes and choose between server-side or client-side paging.

📢 What’s New Page
Stay up to date with the latest features. The What’s New page offers a centralised location for administrators to highlight new features, updates, and enhancements. Only admins can edit the page, ensuring accurate and relevant information is communicated to all users.

🔍 Expanded Search Criteria
The search functionality now includes Extension as a searchable field, alongside First Name, Last Name, Phone, and ID. This gives admins more options to find users and manage data more effectively.

🖥️ Persistent User Preferences
We’ve enhanced customisation for list view display parameters, allowing users to adjust labels, visibility of sections, and expansion settings. These preferences are stored in the EMU database, so your settings will remain consistent across devices for a seamless experience.

👩‍💼 Webex Support for Group & Enterprise Admins
Group and Enterprise Administrators can now retrieve Webex user information without needing direct access to Webex, thanks to a new Sudo-like functionality. This streamlines user management while ensuring security controls are maintained.

🔑 Account Authorisation Codes
We’ve introduced the ability to manage Account Authorisation Codes for users directly through the EMU Assistant UI. This enhancement ensures greater security and control over user actions and access.

🛡️ Webex Proxy Server
The Web Authentication Proxy simplifies and secures authentication for web clients accessing APIs. With centralised token management and support for multiple APIs, this feature enhances security and streamlines the authentication process, reducing login prompts and interruptions.

🚨 Emergency Mobility Updates
In case of emergencies, users can now easily update their emergency services information directly from their profile at all login levels. The update feature ensures that critical details are accurate and validated, improving the efficiency of emergency management.
